  • The mission of Enterprise & Training Company (ETC) is to change people’s lives. Specialising in helping disadvantaged learners upskill and increase their employability, ETC has made a huge impact in its 30 years of business.

Rather than segmenting groups by diversity, ETC runs inclusive training courses that are fun, flexible and grounded in real-world experience so students can learn by doing. The specialised training programs are developed around local skills shortages and high-employing industries, which improves outcomes for ETC’s students.

Continually striving to be a leader in the vocational education and training sector, ETC is seeing top results. A compelling 90% of students achieved personal benefit from their training and 83% secured employment after completing training according to the VET Student Outcomes Snapshots of 2021. And, on a larger scale, ETC has helped many organisations reduce disadvantage and generate opportunity.

  • Receiving a 94% for student satisfaction last year, Pinnacle Safety and Training is always striving to be Australia’s best training provider. It’s this attitude that sees the company continuously improve for its students, its industry clients and the business itself.

At a training level, Pinnacle’s in-house instructional design team creates course materials that deliver optimal student outcomes, respond to a client’s specific worksite needs and the hands-on components of study.

And while Pinnacle is immensely proud of its courses and facilities, the business places enormous value on its team, working hard to attract and retain highly skilled, passionate trainers with years of experience.

With a vision to improve lives through education, Pinnacle is constantly measuring satisfaction to meet its own high standards. In 2022, not only did Pinnacle train over 100,000 students – its biggest intake yet – but the company saw an average score of 4.72 for client satisfaction.

TAFE NSW is driven to be the leading provider of lifelong learning. It has responded strategically to tight labour market conditions and critical skill shortages, successfully delivering skills training to a large share of NSW apprentices in support of the fee-free apprenticeship and traineeship schemes.

It recently launched Microskills training solutions to address new developments and partnered with NSW Government agencies to build the NSW Education Wallet.
